PERSONAL MENU PRISONER AFTER CALLING IN AND ENTERING PIN CODE
Main menu
When registering for the first time you will have to select a language. This is a one-off feature.
If your Voicemail box contains new messages, you will be alerted when you register.

Start a call … Enter a (national or international) telephone number. You will now be connected. |

Call credit … You will hear the balance of your call credit. |
| 3. |
Speed dial… This allows you to call pre-programmed telephone numbers using short dial codes. |
| 4. |
Voicemail menu… You are connected to your Voicemail Inbox. |
| 5. |
Conference Call menu… State your name. You will now be connected to your Conference Call box. |
| 8. |
Customer services… You are connected to customer services. |
| 9. |
Settings… You are connected to the settings menu. |
Settings menu
| 1. | Speed dial settings: Enter the desired telephone number followed by the hash key. Now enter the short dial code (1 to 9) which is linked to the telephone number. |
| 2. | Language selection: Select the desired language. Currently the options are Dutch and English. |
Conference Call Advanced Options
If you are the only one in the box you will hear ‘music on hold’.
Once in the Conference box you will gain access to the advanced Conference menu settings by pressing the * key.
| 1. | To make yourself inaudible (or audible) to others. |
| 2. | To block outsiders and seal the conference. |
| 3. | To remove the last participant. |
| 4. | To increase the conference volume. |
| 6. | To lower the conference volume. |
| 7. | To increase your own volume. |
| 8. | To return to the conference. |
| 9. | To lower your own volume. |
Public menu accessible via the prisoner’s personal number
| 1. | Voicemail: where you can leave a message for your contact. |
| 2. | Conference: This allows you to participate in a conference call with your contact. You will hear ‘music on hold’ if your contact has not arrived yet. |
CONFERENCE CALL MENU (when you press * in the Conference Call menu)

After recording a message (incoming message).

Whilst listening to a recorded message, use # to fast forward or * to forward in stages.
Note: the # key only works when listening to the recording.
