You can register via the website. Enter your contact’s (prisoner) data. Remember to check that the registration number* is correct.
You will need the registration number* to top up.
Choose from the following options if you have not yet created an account.

Register as a new customer

Follow the directions below to register as a new customer.
1. Duly complete the requested data.
2. Make a note of the registration number*.
3. Indicate where (in which penal institution) the prisoner is being detained.
4. Register with a valid e-mail address.
