How does Jailphone operate?
Registration

Apply or register via the ‘Registration’ menu on the left hand side.
If you are registering for the first time complete the requested data, i.e. the prisoner’s data.
Remember to check that the registration number is correct as you will need it to top-up your call credit.

You will be sent an e-mail with specific data and information on how you and the prisoner can use Jailphone.

Topping up call credit

Proceed to ‘Top-up’ in the menu. Enter the prisoner’s registration number.
Select the desired amount (minimum € 10.-). Check the prisoner’s data and proceed to ‘Payment’.
Enter your e-mail address to receive confirmation each time you place an order.
